Geometric accuracy is a basic requirement to produce complex tools and keep quality on a high standard. After certain production capacity, accuracy is decreasing and variations might occur.
Overview of our geometry offers:
- Basis measurement of your milling machine acc. to protocol
- Machinery measurement with Renishaw QC 20 to outline circularity deviances, quadrant transition and dynamic faults
- Geometry measurement and adjustment of your milling machine
- Laser measurement with Renishaw XL 80 to outline positioning and linear deviance of single axes by 0.5 µm and to adjust accordingly to guarantee accurate production.
- Adjustment of pivot cycles and kinematics on Siemens, Heidenhain and Philips controls
All geometry offers are available as single packages for fixed price.
